1. Agreement to Terms
By creating a Panni store account or accessing Panni.in services, shop owners ("Merchants") and customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Platform Role
Panni operates as a software technology platform connecting local merchants with their end customers. Panni provides digital order link management, loud ringtone alerts, and catalog listing assistance. Actual fulfillment and item delivery are executed directly by the merchant.
3. Free Trial & Pricing
New merchants are eligible for a 45-day free trial with zero setup fee. After the free trial, merchants can continue on Basic or Growth subscription plans. Subscriptions can be changed or canceled anytime without penalty.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for maintaining accurate product prices, stock levels, minimum order amounts, and delivery areas in their Panni Owner App dashboard.
