• Merchant Account Details: Shop Name, Owner Name, Phone/WhatsApp Number, Business Location address.
• Customer Order Details: Delivery address, contact phone number, items ordered, and order status provided during guest checkout.
• Device & App Data: Browser type, push notification tokens for loud ringtone alerts, and essential session logs.

3. How We Use Information

We process data strictly to facilitate local store ordering, notify merchants of incoming orders via ringtone/push notifications, generate QR store links, and provide priority customer support. We do NOT sell or monetize user personal data to third parties.

All communication between your device and Panni servers is encrypted using HTTPS SSL. Merchant catalogs and order records are stored in secure databases with access controls.
